These Terms & Conditions apply between you (“the Customer”) and e4 Vans & e4 Finance (“we”, “us”, “our”) in relation to the acquisition of UK vehicles supplied by UK dealers and manufacturers.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with your Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Regulatory Status
e4 Vans & e4 Finance is an appointed representative of HH Business Finance Ltd a credit broker, not a lender, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

3. Our Services
We will act in your best interests at all times.
Our role is to:
- Source suitable finance agreements based on your disclosed requirements
- Provide clear information about finance agreements and providers
- Introduce you to an appropriate finance provider
We work with a panel of lenders representing a fair analysis of the market. Details are available on request.

4. Fees, Commission & Remuneration
We do not charge customers any fees for providing consumer credit brokerage services.
Some lenders may charge administration or arrangement fees, which will be disclosed by the lender.
We typically receive commission from finance providers, which may be paid as a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount financed. Commission levels may vary depending on the finance provider, product type, agreement term, or volume of business.
The amount of commission we receive does not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement.
Any commission or remuneration will be disclosed to you before the agreement is concluded.
You have the right to request further information about any commission or remuneration we receive in connection with your finance agreement at any time before the agreement is concluded.
If you request this information, we will provide it in a clear and timely manner.
5. Website Content & Accuracy
While reasonable steps are taken to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that website content (including pricing, images, or specifications) is complete or error-free.

6. Pricing
Pricing is provided by funding partners and is subject to eligibility and lender approval.
- Business contract hire prices exclude VAT
- Personal contract hire prices include VAT
- Hire Purchase / Lease Purchase agreements may require payment of VAT on the purchase price where applicable
Unless stated otherwise, prices include UK mainland delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed before documentation is completed.
Used vehicles must be viewed and collected unless delivery is arranged at additional cost.
Prices are for information only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
7. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide and remain valid for 14 days, unless withdrawn earlier due to:
- Manufacturer price changes
- Interest rate changes
- Residual value adjustments
- Market conditions
- Data or calculation errors
We reserve the right to withdraw quotations at any time without notice.
8. Orders & Contracts
By signing and returning an Order Confirmation, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
An order does not create a binding contract until:
- A suitable vehicle is sourced
- Terms are agreed by both parties
- A finance agreement is signed and activated
It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle specification meets your requirements before confirming your order.
9. Finance Applications
By submitting an application, you authorise us to share your information with lenders and fraud prevention agencies for the purpose of assessing your application.
Lenders may:
- Carry out credit reference checks
- Retain records of searches
- Require additional documentation
If applying on behalf of a limited company, you confirm you have authority to consent to credit searches on the company and its directors.
We are not responsible for lender decisions or losses arising under your finance agreement unless caused by our negligence.
10. Deposits
A minimum non-refundable holding deposit of £250 is required with every order.
For specialist or factory-order vehicles, a higher deposit may be required.
If you fail to complete the transaction without lawful reason:
- The deposit may be forfeited
- Reasonable losses may be claimed
- Any surplus will be refunded
11. Delivery & Documentation
All finance documentation must be correctly completed before delivery can be arranged.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Statutory cooling-off periods apply where required.
Proof of insurance may be required before delivery.
Title to the vehicle does not pass until full payment is received or finance arrangements are fully in place.
12. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing.
You may be liable for costs incurred unless cancellation rights apply under relevant consumer legislation. Distance selling rights do not apply to business customers.
13. Part Exchange
Part exchange values are based on your description of the vehicle.
If the vehicle condition or description differs, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the allowance.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
15. Complaints
We are committed to treating customers fairly.

16. Liability & Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded by law
All other warranties are excluded where legally permitted.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, industrial action, supply chain disruption, or government restrictions.
18. Brexit & Import Charges
We are not responsible for unforeseen costs or delays arising from manufacturer or supply-chain issues linked to post-Brexit changes.
